Touted as one of the busiest and popular gay cruising areas in London, Hampstead Heath is well-known amongst gay and bisexual men.

The Police are aware of what goes on at the Heath after dark and tend to steer clear if the local residents are not disturbed.

During the day locals walk their dogs, so try to be discreet.

Also, there's a male only Bathing Pond, which is a summer hotspot for London boys to swim and cruise around.

Apart from cruising, the Heath is a large and beautiful place with fantastic views across the whole of London from the top of Parliament Hill.
