Beschreibung

The focus of the workshop is to go beyond rope technique - we will explore our own bodies first, deepen our perception and empathy, explore physicality and boundaries, open ourselves for flow of energy while meeting another person.

The workshop is two days long:

Day 1 : we will have more focus on body, anatomy and encounter.

Day 2 : we we will work even more with elements of improvisation and rhythm, space and performative aspects and go into the air with an armfree harness which allows new ways to improvise with shape out of gravity.

This workshop is not a total beginners workshop even though the focus isnt on complicated rope technique.
